Q. Why are all company's not members?
A. To become members of the IWA you need to meet the following criteria: -

* Be established and recognised in business for a long period time.
* Be willing to have your business assessed by independent bodies.
* Go through a rigorous vetting procedure before becoming a member.
* Be VAT registered.
* Only use fully trained quality fitters and high end market products with strict quality control and inspection plans.
* Be monitored and constantly assessed on an ongoing basis to prove you can maintain the high standards of customer service that is set and is    required in order to give the IWA confidence to warrant our work and products.
